1.   We meet with all client groups, at senior level, to conduct a full analysis of their requirements.
 
2.   We then agree an action plan designed to help the client meet their specific objectives.
 
3.   All partnership contracts are conducted in complete confidence.
 
4.   Candidates, are sourced via:
  1. Recommendation / Referral.
  2. Advertising Campaigns.
  3. 'Direct' Approach.
  4. Database Management
5.   We conduct a full analysis of all potential candidates to ascertain their requirements and suitability for our client's needs.
 
6.   On assessing the candidate to be suitable, a full presentation on our client's specification is then made, highlighting all aspects of the position, the company and the opportunity overall based around their individual requirements.
 
7.   After talking with the client to explain our reasons for matching, we supply curriculum vitae together with full copies of our unique candidate analysis report (totalling around 6 pages) highlighting the candidate's personal details, education, qualifications and skills together with their strengths, weaknesses and career objectives.
 
8.   We then provide extensive contact and feedback throughout all stages pending placement.
 
9.   We liase extensively with all client groups and monitor campaign effectiveness carefully.
